SureDesign & 3D Printing

SureDesign aims to bring our experience and breadth of knowledge to the full design production process to make everything run as smoothly as possible. We try to always understand our clients needs to pre-empt problems and offer creative solutions.

SureDesign now offer a 3D printing service based at our design office here in Crewe, Cheshire. Using the latest 3D Systems printing technology we are able to offer printed parts in VisiJet black, white or clear and also in a black, flexible elastomeric (rubber).

How to Order

Please complete our Order Form, including your Purchase Order Number for Orders & Pro Forma’s and email it to our Sales Team at sales@sure.uk.com

Once your order has been completed by our Sales Team an Order Acknowledgement will be emailed to the person you have specified when completing your Account Opening forms. They will need to check the Order Acknowledgment for the equipment, address & delivery date to ensure they are correct as this is what you will receive.

Orders received before 12:00pm will be delivered the next day unless otherwise requested. Orders placed after 12 midday, will be delivered in 2 working days.

Once you have received your Order Acknowledgement, unless there is an error that needs correcting, your order cannot be changed. This is due to the fast pace & efficiency of our warehouse.

A Despatch Note will be emailed to the person you have specified when completing your Account Opening forms from our warehouse. This is your final opportunity to ensure your equipment is correct. Also, on the rare occasion that we do not have your requirements in stock, it will show any items that are not included in your delivery and are ‘to follow’.

Our Accounts department will issue your invoice the following morning. It will be emailed to the person you have specified when completing your Account Opening forms.


We aim to process your quote the same day. If you have supplied a plan that requires our ‘breakdown’ service please ensure that you have provided all the required information, i.e. Silver/Jura, plinth & epos colour, height, width, depth, delivery requirements etc. Your quote will be emailed to the person you have specified when completing your Account Opening forms unless otherwise requested.

Pro forma’s:

If you do not have a credit account your Pro forma invoice will be emailed to the person you have specified when completing your Account Opening forms. Please ensure that payment has cleared in to our bank account before 12noon to ensure next day delivery.

How to use the Order Form

Our Order Form has been created to make your requests easy to process allowing Sure® Retail to complete either a quotation / sales order quickly and efficiently.

It can be used to price your requirements for quoting and also to place orders or request transport charges for your quotes.

The Order Form is a complete list of all items available from Sure® Retail.

Below is a step by step guide on how to use it: The order form is set out for building a bay starting with Uprights, Baseleg’s etc.

When using your Order Form, you may see the below box appear across the tool bar at the top of the page, asking you to “Enable Editing”. Please click this if you see it.

After “Enabling Editing” you will also be prompted to “Enable Content”

To use the order form simply enter the quantity you require of each item in the quantity column.

Once you have completed your requirements you can then filter the list. This is done by clicking the down arrow on the quantity box and un-checking the blanks field.

All you need to do now is send the Order Form to the sales teams to process. This can be done by sending the excel file as an attachment to sales@sure.uk.com

When we receive your email you will receive an automated email confirming our Sales Team have received your list. If you do not receive a reply email please call our Sales Team immediately as there may be an issue with your email.


Transport Information

All our deliveries are out-sourced, orders received by 12 noon will be delivered the following day between 09:00 – 17:00 (Subject to area)

We offer through our pallet line service:

We also offer a Priority / Dedicated Service

  • A dedicated vehicle
  • Specified time for delivery allowing you to organise your day for staff etc…
  • Same day delivery
  • Tail-lift & pump truck can be requested
  • The driver is able to call a specified contact on site for additional delivery requirements

As our transport is out-sourced we are unable to take any responsibility for deliveries which may arrive late or where vehicles are unable to off load due to restrictions not mentioned when placing your order.
